Sony India — Headphone/complaining about sony service centre

I am given a headphone model number MDR-X1B450AP to the service center in the date of 24. 06.2020 that headphone is not audible in one side . In between the warrenty period I am given to this service center but till now I am not receive my product yet.sony service center is not working properly and their employees are not given a perfect details . I went frequently in the service center but they didn't respond NOW I'm feeling hopeless.So kindly help me.
