I am great fan of sony and love to buy sony products. But now am very much disappointed and frustrated with the service.
I've visited the sony authorized service center on 21st june 2017 with my old sony led tv and handed over to the service center for new replacement as the old tv had problem with screen and they said there was no parts available to repair. They told me that, select a new model and send an email so that they can get the quotation of the new tv after 25% discount (As we are giving old tv) and how much amount that we need to pay.
I sent an email on 4th july 2017 with the model number (Kdl43w950d) to that authorized service center and asked to provide the excess amount that we need to pay to get the dd.
But it took almost 2+ months to get just qutoation and about the excess amount details to get dd.in that 3 months, i visited service center 3 times personally and called them 15 times but there was no proper response and every time they said it will take one week. Even when i call to sony call center (At[protected] they told the same but no proper action is taken.
I got the excess amount details to get dd in first week of sept 2017 and i've submitted the dd of rs.54, 675/- on 9th sept 2017. But till today (26th october 2017) i've not received the tv and 45 days passed after submitting the dd. They are not even responding to the call now.
Is this the process of sony? This is how it is defined and work? Will it take more than 4 months to get the tv replaced? Still how long it will take to get the tv?
The worst thing is, i escalated this to sony by sending an email to sonyindia. [protected]@ap. Sony.com but they are not also not responded.
