I purchased a sony home theater and as registered for a installation & demo sony technician came and advised that sony home theater speaker wire is not good enough quality to pull inside the pipe and told to pull another cable inside the pipe. I asked him the if he cut the wire of speakers the warranty will void and quality will reduce and sony technician answered warranty will remains same and no quality issues also mentioned that sony procedure is to cut the cable on both ends and joint with insulation tapes that sony company train the technician and the procedure. After installed and demo i called to customer care and they informed me that warranty will void and quality will be reduced due to joint of cable. Now when i am contacted sony they are not responding properly.
