I have purchased one home theatre model HT iv 300 and got installed on 21.01.2017.

I have made compliant with sony, Tirunelveli (phone [protected] about the non working of system, No response is received till date and not attended/enquired about my compliant.

The home theatre is not connected with TV. The home theatre is functioning as FM radio as well as USB prot. Not able to connect with TV and unable to hear the sound through home theatre
