Sony India — Home theatre problem

I have purchased Sony home theater on 22/07/19 from saravana stores and found there was some problem after the purchase. I have made call to service team with my warranty card and they made it work for time being for the 1st time when I face the issue. Now again i came across with simular problem in my home theater and service team is working on it. While purchasing, Sony service center mentioned that Sony will replace new home theater if I keep on facing problem with it. Since I faced problem for couple of times within 1 year requesting you to replace my home theater with new one to avoid the problem on future
