Sony India — I am complaining about sony led panel 32r302e tv | |||
I have submitted complained for defect in my sony tv on dated 26/07/2018 vide service request no. 48896161, as a result of that complained engg. Visited my place on dated 27/07/2018 and declare that a part of your tv is required to be change to defect and that part is replaced within 6 days. Till date no reply or call from service center to inform me that status of my complained I am very regraded about the status of company customer satisfaction and service quality and also about the product quality of company because that tv is purchased by me on dated 09/10/2017 Was this information helpful? | |||

I am playing dus Ka Dum & Indian Idol on this app but my scoring & ranking has been deleted upto episode 16th or 29/07/2018.Today I have to play afresh.Kindly look into the matter & restore my scoring and ranking

I submitted my tv for exchange on 9.7.2018 and DD submitted on 16.7.2018
to ranchi service centre. He promised to me that i will provide you 10 to 15 days after submission of DD.But after 15 days of submission of my DD he say to me that I will take more 10 days.
