It’s has been a painful experience since buying, KD-43X80J, Sony’s TV. Barely weeks after the purchase the TV started to have Wi-Fi issues i.e. the Wi-Fi disconnects after power recycle. The Wi-Fi module was replaced but still the issue persisted.
It's been months since I am trying to get their attention to resolved the issue.
I have opened a new case again on CROMA, since the TV was bought from them, the technician came and promised a senior person will visit you. It has been 4-5 days since then.
Please, help me to get this resolved and hoping my complaint serve as reminder for other consumer to what to expect from brands like Sony. Was this information helpful? |
