Sony India — Inefficient and bad service | |||
Hello Sony India, I am very disappointed with the service( Service centre: AP Network Services, Vikas marg, Delhi) you provided me for my TV set(Model No:- KLV-32CX350).First of all i did'nt expected that a Sony branded Tv set will be needing service within 3 years of purchase.Secondly the engineer which examine the Set instantly told us that their is a problem in PCB and thus its needed to be replaced with a new one which costs around 6K.But the problem arises within a month and a half of replacing the old PCB .So we called the the engineer from your authorised service centre again as its in 3 month warranty period but now your engineer say this problem was due to power supply board and its needs to be repaired and this is my main disappointment.I WANT my Rs 6000 back now Was this information helpful? | |||
