J01718493 dated 7th November 2020 : Product Still at Service Point Noida. - Quality Issue not getting addressed by SONY India. -Harassment - Being forced to accept a defective product -Despite Visiting Service Point: Product found Defective As it is. Hence not collected back. Sony was informed via email as well as Twitter. - Misuse of product by Service network. - Request for replacement of quality deprived product not being fulfilled.
