Sony India — installations not done

I have purchased sony bravia television model no klv-32r202f, serial no : 8262342 from sony finstocks pvt. Ltd. On 7th september 2019... And we have already told them for the installation. Past several days we are begging sony company to do the installation and still they have not done it.

I called customer care for 3 times and also called up sagar finstocks pvt ltd. For several days.

Kindly examine the same, the is a total dissatisfaction for a customer towards sony company. This is a humble request to do my tv installation as early as possible.
