[Resolved] Sony India — Irresponsible behavior of Service staff.

Hi team, I have registered a complaint about a week back at the email provided by the customer care executive. The complaint number generated i.e, 18911378 through the automated reply, since then I haven't heard from any of the representative from Sony India. By this experience it gives us an impression that our complaint do not concern to the company.

Thanks to consumer complaints forum my issue has been resolved.I got a phone call from the company very next day n they send engineer for the installation. On the sony complaint mail id i have been waiting for 7 day after lodged my complaint but no one take it seriously and no one showed up neither with a phone call nor reply on mail.

Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
