Hello,
I have been experiencing an on going issue since the time i have signed up for the premium membership.
There is a connectivity issues while watching live tv channels and says "something is wrong. We're working on it. Please try again in sometime."
Even after the update, the premium version on the app on my samsung smart tv is showing as locked, my premium membership is not showing and the error msg i get is "something went wrong, please try again after some time." also, i m unable to logout of the app.
