Sony India — it is worst brand.

I brought sony 32 inch tv whose model is 32R422B in September 2014 with rs 30200.it works perfectly up to October 2018.there are horizontal parallel lines on screen .I gave a complaint to sony Customer service team. Sony techneions asked to change the panel or display whose cost is above rs 20000.Sony don't have technical persons.Sony technical person told only to change the panel or display. I never suggest to my friends neighbours to buy sony products.I demand to sony don't sell to the customers cheep products. Sony has good in the brand only .their products are very bad.i demand to sony to repair my tv with reasonable price with rs 2000 or 3000 .thank you to view my complaint on sony
