Unfortunately we are receiving very little information regarding the replacement or service of the television.
while you have acknowledged this is a product failure and we have now reason to believe we are offered a new model as number o[censored]nits of this model
have undergone a similar product failure.
this is completely in contrast with what the company SONY stands for and even though the television is out of warranty it is clearly a defective model which is the reason for such early failure.
furthermore even after being coerced into paying for the replacement I am shocked as per your mail earlier you are norw forcing me the customer to avail the EWC cost which was not agreed upon. this will clearly benefit your service center and as per a call by your employee this is not mandatory yet you insist on taking this up for your own centers advantage.
In light of this event we will now go ahead with legal proceedings against SONY company and your service center and will gather all information on the many defective products sold under this model. You have admitted product failure and your technician has also informed us this is recccuring defect.
