Dear sir,
On 29/08/2017 i had purchased a sony led tv from m/s st george electronica pvt ltd thrissur in kerala and on 12 th september the tv started dis functioning and the same was brought to notice of the dealer as well as the service engineer who installed it on the next day.
It us really disheartening to note that the tv is still to be set right and some lame excuses are bring put forth by the service center.
Please note that both o[censored]s are employed and just and sheer belief in sony that it would have better quality and timely services in time made our mind in purchasing the tv and now i am compelled to believe that my decision was totally wrong. What i am getting as response from your service center is sheer irresponsibility as they were of the opinion that the tv bought on 29th august 2017 and installed by the authorized sony engineer and found infructous on 10th of september canot be replaced and and the defective board would be serviced and and put in the tv which may again prove defective very soon.
Telling you frankly i am totally disappointed on my wrong decision of preferring to sony...
Even on 23rd september nothing has happened which i earnestly believe is not atall appreciable for a great institution like sony
