Dear team,
This is to inform you that after so many times complaint my problem are still not resolve. Again my family facing same problem led screen fluctuate automatically. Yesterday its again and my family members worry and they are not switch on the led it cloud be short circuit. If my family members face any misshaping. Sony will be the responsible. Because of i also update the your team members. They also replaced a parts without inform me or without my approval.

Sir, please Stop the Sony liv app which is active, I want to deactivate the service Sony liv app. As soon as possible because tomorrow it will activate again.
