This is the worst experience i have had with sony. i recently bought a led sony tv from bareilly on the 26th june, after a couple of days, i spotted a black spot on the extreme right hand corner of the tv. after making numerous calls to the customer care centre in delhi, the engineer finally came, took some pictures and told me a story saying that he will send the pictures to the sony delhi head office for the replacement of the set since it's not even been a full month since the purchase of the tv the engineer promised that i would get a definite reply in 2 working days. he was from a authorized service centre of sony in delhi named boscos. where, when you call people don't even pick up your call and don't even know how to talk to customers. anyway, i called in after 2 days at the call centre, since the engineer was not answering my phone calls, and told sony to get the tv replaced with a new one, they promised it would be done within the same week. i called in again and another executive from the customer centre said that within 2 working days the tv would be replaced. it's been over a week now since sony has been making false commitments. it is defective with ridiculous customer service given by sony. I have purchased sony xperia st27i mobile few years back but its sim tray is damaged now, so no one sony service centers are not ready repair it due to non availability of sim tray of particular mobile.
