Hi,
I am ishika i gave my laptop for repairing on 14 oct 2017. Job no - j73254773. I gave half payment also. They told that my laptop can not repaired because one part of laptop is not manufacturing so asked bill. I gave bill on 17 january. Again on 17 april, again they told that they missed it so, i sent again on 12 june. Since that time i am asking for altrernative solution but they are not giving solution. Whenever i call to customer service they used to say that we do not have any update regarding that and we will send a mail to service provider so that i can get alternative solution. But did not get any response. Since long time i am waiting for resolution but nothing is happing. It's about 9 month but still my laptop is in service center.
Therefore kindly look on this matter as soon as possible.
