I purchased sony bravia kdl43w800d model exactly 2 years back and the display panel stopped working one fine day. Without display and sound the tv has become a mere showcase for us
The service centre guy told to get display panel replacement at 21000 inr.
Sony has stooped to the lowest with such faulty panels
Won't be buying a sony product again
