SONY product service is terrible and as bad as any other consumer electronics companies. Surprising to note the time taken to inform spare parts availability takes more than 4 days and more than 5 days to inform the price of a product in this digital and automation era.

I have purchased Sony android TV in November 2015. Few months TV was ossam.but after it started blinking oftenlly. When I called customer service, they said it's software update issue. After software update the issue is same. I am thinking it's hardware issue. But company is not agreeing.
