Sony India — Led 32inch in working properly after rapair

I purchased the Led tv 512c product, and it's warranty, i logged complaint 2 times one time engineer change the part and second time update the software.
but again i am facing same issue.
i told him change the product they told we can't do.
because last one 20 days i am facing issue.
please do the needful.
