Sony India — LED display problem

We are very fad up with Sony support service. I have submitted complain 4-5 times regarding LED display.But every time they told us we will replace it with in 7- 10 days. First complain registered on july-2014. After that we were make call every 10-15 regularly. But no resolution provided till now. We are going to move in next step.
