We have purchased sony led kdl-42w670a on 17.10.2013. From 15th december2015 our tv is not working we phone to trichy sony office[protected] & 4542423 i was informed the technician would come on next monday (they told for thanjavur technicians visit only on monday)till date we did't get any response.We already appointed that sony products repair within two years is unexpected. I heard that the same problem occurred for this model and heavy loss.Kindly look in to the matter as early aias possible
