This is regarding my LED Bravia for which I have raised an incident on 21 Sep 2014 where a pixel on the screen was damaged.
On Oct, 09 2014, my LED was picked from my place saying it will be repaired in couple of days but its been more than one an half month now, I haven't got my LED back.
I had word with Service centre people number of times where they shared multiple status like - Part was ordered but not delivered yet, Part was reached at Service centre but was broken. Everytime they are giving new date when it will be repaired.
I am seriously fed up with this kind of service by Sony and in future I will surely recommend atleast my family/friends not to buy any product due to such kind of poor services. I would like to escalate this to expedite this process.
