I purchased sony bravia led tv 32"model klv-32r422b, 24 month ago. I paid 32000 for purchases led which is 8000 more compare with other brand.. Like lg / samsung. I trust that sony make quality products. Now tv gives only sound out but no display on screen.
Register complaint (Request id[protected] in sony tv after a week they send technician to my home and he take 200 rs. For visit and simply says you need to send this tv to our service station (They know very well by nature of problem that which treatment is required, i already mention nature of problem during register the complaint) and say it will appx 4000 expense to repair it. We took tv to service station of balaji service center, vadodara. They says we will call you tomorrow for estimated cost of repair but even after three days they not contacted us. Hence we call them and that time answer is" estimated cost of repair is 11000 +service charge". They cheat to customer even they know the problem and try to impose the fault on customer that this is happen due to high /low voltage (I have already fitted mcb and elcb to prevent this issue and its work very well), touch during working condition (Problem arises when nobody near to tv). They don't accept their poor quality of tv parts which we purchased by given high price.
Response from service station is so poor and quality of sony is so worst.
Service station is trap customer to pay high for repair the tv. Now we are helpless. We have only one option to repair it at any cost, but no guarantee how many day's it will work!!!.
Now a days how difficult without tv a day! And since last one month there is no tv at our home even after pay for better tv.
