Sony India — led tv kdl 55w800c | |
I purchased led tv on 19.07.2017 and was installed on 20.07.2017. It stopped working since 12.08.2017 and complain was registered on 13.08.2017 vide complain no.41323176. Engineer visited on 16.08.2017 and declared that it cannot be repaired at site and has to be picked up by sony india. Till now it has not been picked up even after making several calls. While calling the call centre on the toll free number each time (On 18th, 19th and 20th) received the same answer that it will be picked up by service centr to day. Horrible experience till now.
