I purchase a sony tv led 32 inch from mathura up recently my tv panel broken down than i complaint to sony tollfree so local service centre give me a estimate of 11000 for replacement of my tv panel, but after some time company says that there is no part available so you buy new tv,,, and i requested that iam unable to buy a new tv kindly arrange my old tv part than company refuse it...
