Sir I had purchased a Sony bravia lcd . after some time the tv started to reboot when we tried to switch off from remote. The problem was reported to the sales team where the purchase was made. But he straight away told he was helpless. Next took to the authorised service centre at hubli. He kept the tv for one week and returned . The tv worked fine for one week or so .The problem recovered . The serviceperson told me that there is problem with voltage board and to replace it will cost 6000.00 Ok now my question is the cost which i have already incurred (it is around 800.00 rupees) has to first refunds as the service obligation is not completed. The person who was heading the centrehas left .now we have a diff person heading . How long will this continue . The continuity is broken. The present person who is heading the centre is not approving the work done by his predecessor. This is what I am trying to explain. Next if this person leaves a new person will come and again the sufferer is the customer like us whete the company nor the service people do care. This is happened and happening. And nobody is speaking orgiving a thought to this aspect. Don't u understand that when there is a change of service persons the people or the customers should not suffer. Don't you people sitting in AC offices think about these things. Do you think for customers money is growing on trees. It is your responsible now to see what will be done about 1 the nonfullfilment of service obligation. 2 The amount taken in the name of service (service not fulfilled) The amount has to be returned. The tv has to be replaced with a new one. And fine imposed on the company for misleading about its products tall claim.
