Sub: Manufacturing Defect in the mobile (EMI no [protected])
Undersigned purchased SONY XPERIA T3 mobile on date 25.01.2015 from “Star Mobitel Ltd”. Add:- G-26, South Extension, Part -I New Delhi 110049.
This mobile has manufacturing defect as it get heated during using Camera. After sometime, Camera shutdown automatically”. Also, during video recording, the same defect is also experienced.
When visited to your service centre " F1 info solutions and services Pvt Ltd." on 26.03.15. Service Engineer ”Md. Vaseem” refuse to repair initially. But when I demonstrate defect in the Service Center then he submitted my mobile and told me that he will send this mobile to HQ. But he didn’t do so and close my Job on same date i.e. on 26.03.15. But he didn’t return my mobile to me by evening. He returned to me on 30.03.2015.
After that, I contact customer care on[protected] and complain about this.
Then I visited to “Immortal Services” on 02.04.2015 they tried to repair but could not rectify the fault. Then they Submitted again my mobile on 05.04.2015 without a job no. They returned me on date 07.04.2015 without repairing.
Then I call to customer are and log complain.
Then I again submit my mobile against the Ticket ID created by Customer care representative.
Keeping in view of the above, it is required to issue necessary instructions to concerned person or provide me a new mobile otherwise I shall opt the court within a week..
Copy of all relevant job sheets and bill is attached.
