I had purchased a XPERIA ZL before 8 months . Few days back it got switched off and from that time i am not able to switch it on This was happened second time with in this 8 Months, First time they replaced my mobile, But same problem with four months happened again When i checked with the nearest service centre, they have informed that the board need to be changed. But i need to know that how come the board getting problem within two months & again four months. I am already using a sony phone since last two years and i didn't have any problem till now. By this belief only i have purchased the new phone from the same brand. But right now i have got in trouble. I am not able to use the phone for which i had spend around 30000rs.Now i am given repairing to same service two week back still i am get back my hand set jod card number: w[protected].
Mobile Purchased on October 2013,
First Complaint Happened on Jan 2014,
Second Complaint happened on July 2014
I want the write solution, First time i made the online complaint to Sony, i Have the all document.
