Sony India — Mobile not starting

I had buyed a mobile Sony mobile(Xperia zl) phone last year on 17th jan 2014 but now it is not starting. Same problem occurred in the month of April (29th April 2014) i took it to service center and next day they updated the software and it was working but this time it is not working at all. I went to Sony service center but they are not ready to open it and and check it they cannot check it then why do they release these types of phones out in market.
