Sony India — MOBILE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

Sir I purchase Sony Xperia e3 dual mobile handset on 23/10/2014. After some time i started facing problem with it.I was unable to make as well as receive calls . The set showed call ending but never ended the call . When i tried to shut it down then again it showed shutting down but was not shut down . I showed the set to customer care but in vain .
