Sony India — mobile (xperia xa1 dual) | |||
I bought a new sony xperia xa1 on 1 june 2017, and after few days i got some problem in its touch screen, i went to the service centre they replace my device for this problem and after 12 days, i got a mobile with out seal pack, and with in 4 days i realised that it is more defective and not well fitted its feel like repaired mobile. I got 2-3 problems in this device, they cheated with me,. Again i went to service centre and complained for it and asking for refund... But they told me that they don't do refund and forced me for replacement again and said to wait 15-20 days for new replacement... It is clear that they cheated me in first replacement, how can i trust them again... I have very trouble during this time due to this problem and i had to buy a temporary mobile phone to switch on my sim... Was this information helpful? | |||
