[Resolved]  Sony India — Model-EX-300 My Sony TV has started having wrinkles and smelling foul

Have given numerous complaint to your helpline number and someone was supposed to visit my place to check the same. The number of the engineer is ([protected]). He is so busy that its almost a month and no one has visited my place. I am surprised to see the kind of issue I am facing from SONY. Why the TV is having the wrinkles and foul smell can you explain me the same
