Sony India — My Sony Vaio laptop was not repaired

Hi, I have Sony vai Laptop which I purchased in Bangalore. I went to Sony world service centre in 4th block, Koramangla, Bangalore. But the person did not repair and I was asked 10000/- to pay for the repair. I was not even treated well. I had very bad experience and I could not think that I have to pay 10000/- for repair. This gives bad name to Sony and customers will not turn back again. Please help me repair my laptop without paying that much money. Thanks, Rayees ph:[protected]
