[Resolved]  Sony India — need new phone against poor servicing by sonycare

I had given my mobile for repair on[protected] to sony authorised service center, Ami Arcade, Near bus station, Godhra(Panchmahals-Gujarat-389001), till date neither I have received mobile to me. But on frequvent communication from my side against a small problem of charging socket the service provider has created many problems in phone and told me that he had to change motherboard and display plus some circuits too. This is not tolerable in any case. Kindly look into the matter urgently and provide brand new phone to me as it has been too long i am without phone. otherwise i will be forced to take legal matter in course. Thanks...
