Sony India — New faulty mobile provided by Sony authorised distributor in chandigarh | |||||
Dear Sir, Please find attached bill for my newly bought Sony TIPO ST121i2 purchase from your one of authorized distributor i.e, M/s Himalya Photo Store, Sector-22 Chandigarh. After purchase when I came back to my home I found that a line is appearing on the left side of my mobile screen. I was very fed up to watch this because I am carrying around three another phone from this same Sony brand (Sony Xperia Z1 & Xperia L etc) in my home but no body has cheated me like this. Then I rushed to Sony care office situated at Sector-47, Chandigarh they have checked my mobile and they told me that they could not give me warranty for this mobile because higher authority of sony is not provide such permission to them. They told me that this mobile has display problem and we could not change it because this mobile warranty has expired earlier but how could it possible I have purchase this mobile just 10 days ago and what is fault from customer end. This might be distributor end issue but I have just purchase it 10 days ago from your authorized distributor.
