My Cousing bought a Sony Vaio Laptop on 30.09.2013 & we are very much disappointed with its quality. Model no is SVE1513CYNB IN[protected]. We went to service centres more than 5 times even in this short time/warranty period. Serial no is 0033019. It has serious heating problem from the day we purchased it. Please do the needful.
