I am Varghese. C T from Ernakulam Kerala. I bought new mobile phone, Experia E3, IEMI Number-[protected] from LULU MALL Edapilly on 10th January 2015. Since the January itself the mobile phone started to show the network problem, over heating and hanging problem. I gave the phone to the service centre in Ernakulam ( Maddona Electronics, 40/7135, F4, AVS building, M G Road, Kerala, Cochin-682035, PH;368185) on 27th February 2015. I got back the mobile phone on 28th February 2015, the service centre upgrade the software and they inform me that your mobile had no problem now. But when I checked it, the network problem and other problems were repeating. When I approach the service cente again, they are saying that the main board of this phone is complaint, and they are ready to replace the board only. But I am not ready for board replacement. I want an urgent replacement of this phone to next model, because I lost the trust in this model, and I am ready to pay the balance amount also.
