Sony India — No information about the status of phone from service centre

Hi, I have bought my sony xperia z1, on EMI on 29 March 2015, and on 30 April i had to submitted my phone to service centre because of problem of display, battery heat up massively and tempered screen guard. The executive told me that problem will be sorted out in 5 to 10days max and its been 12 days i did receive any information from their side. I am calling service station mgr but he is not responding. I have deposited my second installment without using phone. and they gave me standby which is very poor in condition. I have submitted my phone at JANAK PURI DISTRICT CENTER, sony mobile service center. My ID is [protected]
