I was having troubles with my sony vaio laptop model soon after i bought it. Initially i thought it was a glitch in my operation and tried to resolve the problem using sony assist but my efforts went in vain. Then i decided to contact sony vaio service centre and registered a coplainta regarding my laptop. I myself went to the service centre(m.k. reddy street, west tambaram, chennai, PIN-600127).
They took my laptop and returned it to me after 7 days. After getting back the problem showed up within next few hrs of laptop use. They told me that problem was resolved(as per them the laptop had some software issues).
I again contacted them and requested for complete checkup. They again took my laptop for further 7 days and returned with no glitch again and this time they told that there is no problem with the laptop its only your way of handling the laptop that has made it that glitchy.
how is that possible?? I had an antivirus installed and was very careful after the first laptop service.
As in the first case, the problem persisted...this time i was made to call again and again registering my complaint regarding my laptop and was assured of service within two days but the two days havent ended yet. I still call them regularly to hear the same. Feeling pissed off. I cant bear it anymore. If this complaint does not works I am going to Consumer Forum for sure..have no other problem left
