[Resolved] Sony India — no response for the complaint made | |||
I purchased sony bravia led on 12th aug 2013. Since last 10 days my tv was getting switched on snd off abruptly for which I made an official complaint with sony customer care on 22nd nov at 11.30 am and complaint no is 22524959. Since then no service enngineer had tried to contact and visit my place even after continuous follow ups. I have not received any support from customer care or sony management whom I have contacted through mail. Every time I got the same reply "your case is on priority and we have escalated." Its been 3 working days since I made a complaint and I wonder how such so called esteemed company fo mot bother about their customers... Was this information helpful? | |||
