[Resolved]  Sony India — No service for a broken screen

I bought my Sony Xperia ZR on 30 June 2013. The screen of my phone broke down and the screen is not responding. I went to the service centre. People there say that it cannot be repaired and I have to pay half the price of the M.R.P and get the new one. I mean if you manufactured this, Can't you just make it repairable? I am ready to pay the charges, but why should I pay for a whole new phone if I only want my screen to be repaired. I am so over with this brand, nor am I ever gonna recommend it to anyone. If we customers trusted you over Samsung and Apple, then at least make sure we keep doing in future. Providing such a bad service and not caring about customers is not gonna be a fruitful treat for you people in future. I am just saying to either provide me a new phone for free of cost since it's under warranty (just like Apple Corp.) or else repair my phone's screen.
