[Resolved]  Sony India — non functioning of sony lcd tv Kdt 32W700B (07 LCD TV)

I M.Madhavarao owner of Prince guest house bought the afore mentioned model TV at Sony center and the dealer is Sai Balaji Enterprises Visakhapatnam on 27th March 2014. It had been installed by the service people. On my complaint to local agency came to our place and tried to repair. They were not able to repair and they have taken the bill copy and guarantee card etc. and now no body is responding. With deep frustration towards the attitude of the service providers I am approaching directly to you. If the TV is not repaired /replaced in next 7days of time I have no choice except to lodge a complaint with respective legal forum.I await your immediate action.
