[Resolved] Sony India — Non response of Complaint | |||
Dear Team, Thanks for Helping the consumers of India with your Programme. I had Purchased a Television of Sony brand on 06th of November 2014(scan copy of receipt attached). I started experiencing the problem in picture Quality after 15 days of Purchase. I lodged complain with customer care of Sony India on 26th Nov 2014 and was provided a complain ID 22599960 But the servicing team did not take any response till 03rd December 2014. I reminded the customer care on 04th & 05th December 2014, still My problem has not been attended by any Sony India Executive. May please Help Mritunjay Kr.
