Sony India — Noone attending to spoilt SONY product dispite of several complaints | |
Complaint number 21888571 as given by number on the 25th October 2014.
They said a person would come fro repair in two days ...but no one came... I complaint again and again hey promised that 2 days ...a gain I complaint today ( 31st Oct 2014 ) but call kept on getting transferred from one department to another but no one understood what I was talking about.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF SONY TOWARDS THIER CLIENTS.
