Hello Sony India this is my complaint No. 71943578 my tv panel is broken by mistake after complaining your engineer visited on Monday and informed that we have to replace it by new tv panel by giving 27k,
He took the visiting charges and left saying he will rrevert by evening and Confirm if the panel is available to change if the panel is not in production or stock he will send us an offer for a new tv
Since the last 4 days we are Following with your service center and engineer but we are not getting proper answers and felt like cheated after looking at poor customer service Kindly inform your service team to resolve the complaint at earliest Was this information helpful? |
