Sony India — Not providing parts and services and unfiar buyback amount provided

Bought tv of 3, 69, 999 INR before 5 years when 4k was introduced in india, right now tv has problem and sony is unable to provide parts and for buyback considering 7000 inr of it.NEED IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, I NEED PARTS OR FAIR VALUE.

They are providing buyback amount of 1.27 lakhs for new tv available at 1.34 lakhs

If needed i am open for court case
