Sony India — Not received PS4 in spite of 2 months lapse | |||||
In continuation of my earlier complaints, again i would like to express my woes suffered by me in the hands of sony india company. I had given my ps3 for exchange to ps4 on dated 24/5/17 vide my cheque of amount 11000/-, whose clearance message has been received by me. But despite several visits and calls to both the service centre at shastri nagar and customer care center, no action has been taken on their part. I request to all concerned to look into the matter to bring some relief to me. If no swift action is taken and i do not receive my ps4 with in 3 days then i would be compelled to take some serious action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
