[Resolved] Sony India — Not repairing xperia z phone
Hi, My name is Naveen Prashanth yadala. I own a Sony xperia z mobile, which i bought around october last year. Few days ago, it accidentally fell, and the screen got damaged. I immediately brought it to SONY service center, but they are refusing to repair my phone. Even though am ready to bear the cost of repairs, SONY has shown absolutely no consideration towards this matter. SONY has to understand that 40K is not a small amount for a common man.And with the type of service SONY provides, i pledge never to buy a SONY product again in my life. I have requested several times but no one is ready to listen. I think its time SONY starts recognizing what they sell and how they manage it. Worst part is rather than considering seriousness of situation, i was asked to buy another phone of same model in 28K by SONY engineer. My phone is still under warranty. I am very disappointed and distressed. I agree SONY has a big name and products are good, But what is the point if you can not even manage them, What is the point of manufacturing something which is beyond repair. Why do they not care to tell this to customers while advertising for their products or while selling it to them. They are doing nothing but just looting customers of their money. Please help me out, am extremely distressed. This is not a small loss for me. Please help. Was this information helpful?
